- Techniques include: stamping, hammering, etching, patina, and protective coating.
- All items are provided with brass or copper screws to match.
- All doorbell buttons are illuminated.
- Some custom configurations can be done, please inquire.
- Euro style switch plates match the Classico style yet they are taller to accommodate a decora/rocker-panel sized opening.
- Because each piece is hand-made, colors may slightly vary from items pictured.
- Clean with damp cloth (no chemicals or abrasives please).

SALES & RETURNS POLICY
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund (paid by check) of purchase price. Attention: some items made to order cannot be returned.
- For gift returns, refund will be applied to the purchaser’s balance. Gift cards or certificates cannot be returned.
- When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping and handling charge for the new order.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days. Please call us if there is any problem with a shipment.
