• Techniques include: stamping, hammering, etching, patina, and protective coating.
• All items are provided with brass or copper screws to match.
• All doorbell buttons are illuminated.
• Some custom configurations can be done, please inquire.
• Euro style switch plates match the Classico style yet they are taller to accommodate a decora/rocker-panel sized opening.
• Because each piece is hand-made, colors may slightly vary from items pictured.
• Clean with damp cloth (no chemicals or abrasives please).

SALES & RETURNS POLICY

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund (paid by check) of purchase price. Attention: some items made to order cannot be returned.
• For gift returns, refund will be applied to the purchaser’s balance. Gift cards or certificates cannot be returned.
• When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping and handling charge for the new order.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days. Please call us if there is any problem with a shipment.
